Residential
26 Church Street is a high-quality student resident scheme that aims to reinforce the neighbourhood with a modern building creating a positive mass rather than a negative hardscape area. The first phase of the project includes refurbishment creating 10 studios. The second phase proposes a new build block at the rear, providing an additional 16 studios.
Local knowledge & relationships
Established relationships with local authorities enable us to navigate the complexities of planning applications and building regulations effectively.
Commercial
Our project at Bold Street Coffee, an award-winning coffee shop in Liverpool, involves the total refurbishment of the existing retail unit. The new layout enables the basement to be utilised as a space for additional seating, events, bar areas and a new working kitchen. Work started on site in Summer 2018, with completion and re-opening aimed for late 2018.
